This web site was constructed and made for DIANE DESIGNS ONLY and, use by any person(s) is an agreement to the Website Terms of Use. Diane Designs reserves the rights to update or change the Website Terms of Use periodically, please read every three months for updates or changes. Please read the Website Terms of Use before proceeding with your purchase.

CLIENT STANDARD OF CARE AGREEMENT

Diane Design’s jewelry is made for adults. Please, DO NOT allow small children to play with your jewelry. All jewelry with moving parts can be subject to breakage.

Diane Designs is established with reputable suppliers to offer you the best quality possible. Diane Designs must rely on reputable suppliers for accurate markings on metals. Our jewelry is made of natural stones, sterling silver and 14K/18K gold, white and yellow. Very small findings are often not marked due to size.

Our jewelry is delivered in stylish packaging. Please use appropriate cleaning solutions or materials for polishing and general care of your jewelry.

USE OF MATERIALS ON DIANE DESIGNS’ WEB SITE

Diane Designs’ Web Site has been created and made to show products offered by Diane Designs to the Users of the site. Users of the site are not authorized to reproduce, display, modify, distribute or copy Diane Designs’ logo, products, videos, blog, photos or ANY MATERIALS used on Diane Designs’ Web Site. Users may print one copy of policies and products for their own review but not for reproduction, distribution, resale or for any purpose of commercial or public purposes.

DISCLAIMER

Diane Designs’ Web Site is designed and made solely for Diane Designs by a third party web site builder. Diane Designs cannot warranty or guarantee that the technical or functional aspects of the web site will always be error free. Diane Designs cannot warrant or guarantee the server that makes the site available to the Users is free of viruses or any harmful components. If Diane Designs’ Web Site is cause of service or repair/replacement of property, equipment, materials or data for User, Diane Designs is not responsible for those costs. Diane Designs’ Web Site is provided to Users “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OR GAURANTEE OF ANY KIND.

TERMINATION OF USER

Diane Designs reserves the right, with or without consent of User, to remove and prohibit User from Diane Designs’ Web Site if Diane Designs believes User has violated or acted inconsistently with this entire agreement and/or their policies.

RETURN POLICY

Within 24 hours after receipt of product if you are unsatisfied with product for any reason, you must notify Diane Designs via email diane@dianedesigns.com. Include in email your Receipt Number, photos of product and reason for return.

All items must be returned in their Original Condition and Packaging and, you must purchase insurance with adult signature requirement and traceable capability.

The returned product must be received by Diane Designs at 3000F Danville Boulevard Suite 301, Alamo CA 94507 within 7-10 business days from your receipt of product.

Once received by Diane Designs at above address and a Determination of Product Condition has been verified and approved by Diane Designs a refund will be placed on the Credit Card used at time of purchase.

Our return policy is simple and we know you will respect it.

Diane Designs’ goal and purpose is make one-of-a-kind jewelry, many pieces will be of similar style and have similar stones and findings but will never be made exactly as another piece of jewelry sold by Diane Designs. Client Satisfaction is of Utmost Importance to us and we want you to be a Lifetime Client.

SHIPPING POLICY

FREE SHIPPING AND HANDLING ON ALL JEWELRY

All orders will be shipped within three business days from date of order for ground shipping.

Delivery of products will be by USPS or UPS ground. Please allow 7-10 business days for receipt of your purchase.

If shipment is delayed due to holidays or any other circumstances not in control of Diane Designs, customer understands that Diane Designs cannot be responsible for delay.

If for any reason damage occurs to shipment of products the damage must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of package to the shipper via email. Your receipt number and photos of damage is to be included in your email to shipper and Diane Designs copied on the email, diane@dianedesigns.com.

In the event of any damage of products Diane Designs will do their best to make a careful and speedy evaluation of the circumstances and make a refund, if due buyer, to the Credit Card used to purchase the product.
